Therapeutic Massage

Designed to remove severe tension by adding many techniques; deep tissue, sport massage, myofascial, orthopedic massage, and many more. The techniques used are to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface, to helps improving range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Relaxation Massage

Massage cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes by adding light to medium gentle pressure to promote relaxation, and ease muscle tension. It is a classic massage that will relieve your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Warm towels and essentials oils can be applied if preferred.

Pre-Natal Massage

Pre-Natal/ Pregnancy massage is similar to regular massage – it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation, mobility and just make expecting women feel good by focusing on addressing the special needs. Side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
